What the training will cover
These two sessions will explore how to teach poetry writing from Reception to Year 6. We will focus on writing playful poetry and close observation as well as using poetry models for writing. There will be lots of practical ideas that can be taken straight away and used in the classroom. Pie will also show how poetry can be used to lead into narrative writing.

Costs
Price per delegate for two sessions of training is £120.00 +VAT (which equates to £60 per training session).
Discount: 10% discount on both places when a school books more than one person on the same course. Meaning two delegates cost £216 (which equates to £54 per person, per session).
How the online training works
Training will take place via Zoom over two after school sessions. Delegates will need to attend BOTH of these sessions. Each delegate will need their own desktop or laptop computer with a working camera. There are further details on this PDF.
