Samantha is the former Deputy Headteacher of St George’s CofE Primary school in Battersea.
St George’s is a Talk for Writing training school in one of the most deprived areas of London. Sam led TfW at St George’s for over 10 years.
Talk for Writing was instrumental in transforming teaching and learning at St George’s and as such Samantha is passionate about ensuring all children are given the same opportunities to thrive.
Samantha also works for the National English Hub as a Literacy Specialist helping to support schools with all aspects of their English curriculum.
